Lotus - Alex Job Racing

Alex Job Racing will run a factory backed Lotus Evora in the ALMS, starting at Long Beach.

Townsend Bell and Bill Sweedler will be the drivers.

Sponsorship comes from Battery Tender, William Rast, and Yokohama.

New Toyota/Cosworth engine for 2012 will have more power and higher revs.

Good news all round in both ALMS and ELMS, the most convincing and most relevant programme of all Lotus' current motorsport activities. Plus, I think with the exception of the other Evora racing variants (GT4, GT4 Enduro), this is only programme that's an actual racing Lotus and not a branding exercise. Good luck to them, I look forward to seeing the cars race in both ELMS and ALMS a great deal!
